1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Life on the A List website, membership platform, or related services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

These Terms apply to all users, including members, guests, sponsors, and affiliates.

2. Overview of Services

Life on the A List (“LOTAL”) is a private membership platform designed to provide educational content, expert-led workshops, community discussions, and related tools for parents and caregivers of individuals with autism, ADHD, anxiety, and twice-exceptional (2e) needs.

While we share educational and personal insights, we do not provide medical, legal, or therapeutic advice. Always consult qualified professionals regarding specific concerns or treatment decisions.

3. Membership Access & Payment

Memberships are available by subscription or one-time payment, as specified at purchase.

Founding Member Lifetime Access purchases are non-refundable and provide ongoing access to content as long as the platform remains in operation.

Annual or recurring memberships will renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

Prices and benefits are subject to change with notice.

4. Community Guidelines

We are committed to maintaining a kind, safe, and respectful environment. By participating in the community, you agree to:

Treat all members with kindness and respect.

Protect others’ privacy and confidentiality.

Avoid sharing or discussing prescription medication or medical treatments beyond personal experience.

Refrain from self-promotion, solicitation, or spam.

Avoid political or divisive discussions.

Violation of these guidelines may result in suspension or removal from the community without refund.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy matters to us. We will not sell or share your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect data.
