Some guided audio features—including Minivan Meditations—include language such as “close your eyes,” “relax deeply,” or instructions that may reduce attention and awareness.

These audio experiences must ONLY be used when your vehicle is fully PARKED, TURNED OFF, in a LEGAL and SAFE location, with doors LOCKED, and never while driving or operating a vehicle or machinery.

By using any LOTAL Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

You will NOT use meditations or audio features while driving.

You will ensure you are in a safe, distraction-free environment before participating.

You are solely responsible for your safety and the safety of those around you.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Life on the A List website, mobile application, digital community, workshops, or related services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our Services.

These Terms apply to all users, including but not limited to:

Insiders (free users)

Members (paid subscribers)

Guests, sponsors, and affiliates

Anyone accessing, browsing, or interacting with our Services

2. Scope & Overview of Services

Life on the A List (“LOTAL”) offers educational content, workshops, community discussions, curated resources, meditations, and similar tools intended to support parents and caregivers.

LOTAL provides general information only.
LOTAL does NOT provide:

Members (Paid Tier)

Includes full access to workshops, the membership vault, specialized tools, community features, and additional resources.

Purchases, Renewals & Billing

Memberships may be subscription-based or one-time access (e.g., Founding Member Lifetime).

Founding Member Lifetime Access is non-refundable.

Recurring memberships renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

Prices, tiers, and benefits may change with notice.

4. Responsible Use of Services

You agree to use LOTAL Services responsibly and safely.

You may NOT use our Services:

while operating a vehicle or machinery

while supervising young children in unsafe environments

while impaired or distracted

in any context where reduced awareness could create risk

LOTAL is not liable for injury or harm related to unsafe or inappropriate use.

5. Community Guidelines

By participating in the LOTAL community (web or app), you agree to:

Maintain confidentiality of others’ stories, questions, and personal information.

Avoid discussing prescription medications beyond personal experience.

Violation of these guidelines may result in suspension or removal without refund.

LOTAL will not sell or share your personal information.

Users may create custom usernames/aliases for community visibility.

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and any information you choose to share.

7. Intellectual Property

8. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you post.
By posting, you grant LOTAL a limited license to display and use that content within the platform.

LOTAL may remove any content that violates Terms, guidelines, or applicable law.

9. Expert Workshops & Guest Speakers

Sessions are for general educational purposes only.

Guest speakers are independent; their views do not necessarily reflect LOTAL’s.

No professional-client relationship is created by attending, viewing, or interacting with any workshop or expert.

Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

10. Disclaimers

LOTAL provides educational resources only.
LOTAL does not guarantee results, outcomes, or improvements.

All Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

LOTAL does not warrant that:

content will meet your expectations

Services will be uninterrupted or error-free

outcomes from using content will be consistent or beneficial

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LOTAL and its officers, employees, contractors, guest experts, and affiliates are not liable for:

any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

injuries related to the use or misuse of content

harm resulting from reliance on community posts or workshop information

actions you take (or do not take) based on information found in the Services

Refunds are not provided for accounts terminated due to misconduct.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.

Your use of the App may also be subject to Apple App Store or Google Play Store terms and conditions.
